Obituary

On Friday, March 23rd, our beautiful girl, Aimee Anne Johnson Wolsey, was taken into the arms of Jesus. So many of us loved Aimee, but more importantly we were loved by her. She loved Nick Wolsey, the very center of her universe and her three sons, Cole, Carter and Connor more than life itself. She was Super Mom, party planner extraordinaire, swim and basketball coach, treat maker, room mother, cub scout leader, Halloween obsessed, trusted confidante and friend. And completely selfless. With the open heart of child, Aimee welcomed everyone in and then held us so tightly that we could never doubt her love. She loved adventures and celebrations with her 'hottie' and three boys, but she also quickly and effortlessly enlarged the circle of inclusion to all those she loved and to those who just needed a soft spot to land. The stories you may have heard about these adventures are all true. She was our North Star and we’re not sure how to go on without her. What we do know and understand is that we were so blessed to share mortality with her and that we will meet again.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and her whole, joyful life was dedicated to serving her Savior.

Aimee was the much loved daughter of Rand and Evelyn Johnson. She is survived by her husband, three sons, two brothers, Blake and Cameron, three sisters Liz, Erin and Brooke, the Wolsey and Dickinson in-laws, who happily adopted her, a large extended family and millions of friends.

Please join with us on Wednesday, March 27 @ 7:00 p.m.@ Canyon View Stake Center 575 East 800 North Orem Utah 84097 as we celebrate and honor the memory of this glorious woman.

Aimee really as always been a breath of fresh air. She’s the most positive person and made you feel like you were the only person in the room. I adore Aimee and my heart absolutely aches for her family. She is one of the good ones. I’m so heart broken I won’t run into her anymore. My condolences to her family.

My deepest sympathies to Nick and his boys. I hope you feel surrounded by love and comfort from everyone around you. What little I knew of Aimee was that she was a positive, bubbly Mrs. fixit. My heart broke a little bit for you hearing the news. You and your family are in my thoughts. I wish you the very best moving forward in this time of bereavement.

she was such an amazing person inside and out touched the lives of people she didn't even know. People at 7/11 would always ask about her and she was always just in there getting her special mnt dew drink and having our daily morning therapy session right there at my register by the front door at 7/11. The customers considered her the door greeter lol.... I miss her so much...

I haven't had any of the Wolsey children, but Aimee was such a constant, contributing presence in our school, that we all came to love and appreciate her kindness, generosity, and talents. We will miss her so much. May your family be blessed with peace and comfort.
