Condolence: Duane holds such a special place in my heart. I'm saddened at his passing. He walked the walk and shared that journey with me and for that I'll always be grateful.

I absolutely love the two pictures that accompany his obit. It really shows the two sides of him that I knew. I met Duane as a young kid when I tagged along with a friend and her father to the wrecking yard. Duane made an impression! Big ol' grizzly beard and menacing look to match! Fast forward a decade later and we met again inside 'The Rooms'.

The more recent pic is the lovable, smiling, and warm person that lived The Steps and shared himself with me and countless others. What a blessing!

My deepest condolences to his family. He will be missed by many. He is free of earthly burdens and aside his HP. God Bless!
